We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Administrative Cash Clerk.
As a Clerk, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record keeping - Perform ID checks utilizing Veriscan - Provide excellent customer support by answering inquiries and addressing concerns - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary -Obtain documents necessary for processing of new medical patients - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow - Count down and verify registers for cashier employees - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Skills:
- Computer literacy - Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Previous experience in a customer service or office setting is preferred - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information If you are a motivated individual with strong administrative skills, we would love to hear from you.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
