This position is responsible for the repair of products in the customer's home. Products repaired include Televisions, Audio, Video, and a variety of other home electronics products and other home appliances.
This position provides timely and quality repairs of customers' products while maintaining high customer service. Additionally, technicians promote and sell additional products and services that directly impact the profitability of the company. We provide a service van, specialized tools, uniforms, laptop
computer
, cell telephone, and periodic training.
Experience/Education/Certification Requirements:
oHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
oMust be at least 18 years of age
oCertification and /or licenses as required
oMust be able to pass the pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and driver's license check
oMust possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and be willing to submit to random drug testing, per company policy
oExperience and aptitude with computers and databases Required Job Competencies:
oMaintain the highest level of service standards and work with management in technician development
oAccept responsibility for work assignments and be held accountable for successful completion
oOutstanding customer service skills
oComputer literacy skills
oWork well with others in a group, cooperate with others, offer to help when needed, and foster a team climate to deliver high performance results
oOpen to change and the ability to implement change quickly and effectively
oConvey a positive image of the company in all actions and behaviors
oMentoring skills
oExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
