Summary:
The Bilingual Japanese Contact Center Representatives in Financial
services
are primarily responsible for the timely, efficient response to customer calls from our English and Japanese speaking customers and for ensuring customer satisfaction. Take inbound calls only and evaluate customer accounts to determine the appropriate/necessary actions. Once necessary action is determined, agents must submit adjustment requests, refund requests etc., to ensure that the problem is resolved. Agents must follow up with customers and/or other departments as necessary. Respond to customer questions and complaints to ensure satisfaction and prevention of delinquencies. Representatives are required to meet production and quality goals and to work closely with other departments such as Account Controls and Administration, Collections, Owner Relations, and Reservations.
Responsibilities:
-Take inbound calls and evaluate customer complaints to determine the appropriate actions then resolve and follow-up with customer.
-Maintain assessment fee accounts and loan contracts to provide accurate billing by responding to customer mail.
-Assist in the billing and collections of property taxes, special assessments, maintenance fee changes and other billings throughout the year.

Minimum
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- 2 years customer service experience
- Ability to speak fluent English and Japanese
- Basic MS Word and Excel skills
- Math aptitude (test administered)
- Typing skills (test administered)
- Must be flexible to work any day of the week
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Some college education
- 2 years call center experience
- 2 years financial experience
Job: Call CenterEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
