Summary:
Serve the guests in a quick, efficient and courteous manner, in accordance, with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all PlayLV's Company standards, policies, and procedures.

High school diploma or the equivalent.

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

Excellent communication skills.
Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.

Non-Gaming.
Alcohol Awareness Certification
Minimum Age Required: 21.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
1.Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. 2.Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision. 3.Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and mature decision-making. 4.Must be able to obtain work cards for the jurisdiction in which the property is located. Including but not limited to, Gaming work card, Clark County Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card. 5.Adhere to all Company and department policies and procedures as well as all Play LV practices. 6.Practice the Ten/Five rule consistently with internal and external guests.

Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting all Play LV properties at all times.
Carry work cards at all times during shift.

Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards pursuant to play LV policies.
Know were the MSDS booklet is located for your area.
Display knowledge of all emergency procedures.
Inform manager on duty of any Team Member or Guest opportunities.
Greet Guest with a smile and pleasant disposition in a timely manner in accordance with Play LV standards.
Must have a detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, beverages, preparation of food and prices.
Observe and anticipate guest's needs, by keeping beverages filled throughout their meal
Ensure cleanliness of tables and maintain their overall appearance. Responsible for pre-bussing and table maintainers at all times, including but not limited to dinner plates, flatware, beverage glasses, coffee mugs and dessert.
Complete assigned side work and any additional tasks with the Play LV policies and standards.
Present check for payment in a timely manner after dinner.
Monitor the cleanliness of assigned station including floors, and assist in keeping the area free from debris.
Thanks customers, invites them back, wishes them luck and makes it easy for them to get back in play.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
