Prepare soups, sauces, vegetables, roast meats, and cook-to-order items in accordance with established specifications and standardized recipes. Inspect equipment, spices, and food products to ensure that quality standards are met. Maintain inventory levels and order stock.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a prep cook. Prior experience in Chinese cooking strongly preferred. Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift. Must be able to lift, carry and maneuver up to 75 pounds. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
