POSITION
Summary:
Responsible for assisting training, directing, delegating, positioning, coordinating, and controlling the team members to meet service quality control standards. The Beverage Manager is responsible for solving SQC bottlenecks, handling customer complaints, conducting good public relations. The Beverage Manager is also responsible for completing all shift administrative responsibilities and ensuring all company security and safety policies and procedures are adhered to. Managers act as a liaison between management and team members. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures

Assign employees' responsibilities, duties, and work stations with requards to their work requirements.
Works to accomplish departmental goals, strategies, and objectives while assuring quality product maximum guest satisfaction maintaining budgetary profit margins.
Prepares annual budget and business plans. Prepares various cost and revenue reports.
Ensures sufficient staffing of all bar areas and conducts training of all Bartenders, Cocktail Servers, Bar Backs, and Bar Porters.
Assist in developing and updating standardized procedures and training programs for the department employees to enable them to deliver excellent service, to include safety and personal hygiene. Commend, coach and/or terminate beverage employees as required in compliance with established use of progressive discipline and Collective Bargaining Agreement Contract.
Ensures that employees have all required certification validated (Sheriff Cards, Health Cards, and Alcohol Awareness).
Perform routine inspections of all bar areas and equipment to ensure proper operation of all equipment and health department compliance.
Attend departmental meetings and administrative hearings as required. Manage all aspects of bar operations.

WORK CONDITIONS:
Work is typically in an area, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain second hand smoke. Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks performed from a non-sitting position. Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull and grasp. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
