Currently, we are seeking highly motivated International CPA
controller
in Las Vegas,
nevada
for a 23 Country Region territory.
Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains revenue and expense forecasts for the 23 Country Region.
Manages sales forecasting model to track all potential sales pending with the 23 Country Region sales force.
Participates in weekly sales meetings and updates the forecast as conditions warrant.
Provides analysis and commentary regarding sales performance versus forecast, monthly variations and revenue outlook for the future.
Directs the sales administration process for 23 Country Region, including monitoring the invoicing and ordering process and the production schedule.
Determines the financial and business impact of potential problems with customer orders and recommends corrective courses of action.
Troubleshoots the production process and collaborates with managers and sales staff to ensure on-time delivery of all orders.
Analyzes proposed sales to ensure that all terms are favorable to the company and that monthly sales forecasts can be met.
Tracks expenses for the 23 Country Region.
Analyzes and summarizes credit information for the region.
Performs special projects in the region at the direction of the CFO, Vice-President of Sales and/or Regional General
manager
.
Ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees, visitors and contractors within your area of
control
.
Ensure all relevant sections of the Health and Safety
management
plan are implemented and understood.
Consult with their team on any proposed changes that may affect occupational health and safety at the workplace.
Assess and review the effectiveness of the OSHA Management System and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
Ensure accident / incident investigations are conducted to determine their causes and take appropriate corrective action as required.
Ensure injured workers are rehabilitated and an early return to the workplace is achieved.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislative requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in
accounting
or equivalent required.
CPA required.
Eight (8) to ten year's of experience in finance and sales administration or equivalent required.
Must speak more than one language.
Must be familiar with the international business accounting field.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
