The Marketing Operations Coordinator
is part of a group working on high priority, next generation capabilities and campaigns. This group supports centralized marketing applications for 30+ Caesars Entertainment properties nationwide.

The Coordinator will work daily in marketing applications supported by the Marketing Operations team. Tasks may include building Unica Campaign flowcharts, Aprimo MRM workflows, creating and maintaining documentation, training and supporting marketing users. The Coordinator will also support their
and team on new development projects and work directly with other groups. The Marketing Operations group serves as System Administrators for several CRM tools and works directly with our properties, partners, vendors and internal departments (such as IT).

This role is ideal for candidates interested in direct marketing, database marketing, marketing technology, marketing capabilities or analytic marketing.
2 years of relevant marketing or analysis experience
Direct knowledge of marketing programs and marketing campaigns
Knowledge of data structures, SQL basics and relational databases
Willing to learn new technology and software applications used by Caesars and our properties
Ability to think logically to build campaign execution designs
Ability to adapt to a very fluid marketing environment, accept challenges and work proactively on marketing initiatives
Good communication skills in supporting our end users via email, phone or in person
MS Office, to include Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint with strong Access and Excel experience
No casino experience is required
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with Unica Campaign or other similar Campaign Management software
Experience with Aprimo MRM or other similar MRM tools
Experience writing and/or understanding SQL statements OR previous Campaign design and execution with a campaign management solution application is preferable
Bachelor degree in Business Administration,
Science, Marketing or Hotel/Casino Management preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
