Plans, implements and monitors sales, web-based marketing, print and online media, and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets to determine effectiveness by performing the following duties:
Essential Job Functions
Strategizes, develops and implements highly creative, web-based, print, social and store-front marketing and sales plans in order to forecast and achieve objectives for products and
Utilizes creativity to identify new markets for business.
Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product and business.
Meets with key clients, to promote sales, maintain relationships in the industry and negotiate and closing deals.
Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
Develops, plans and oversees advertising and promotional activities for SEO, print, electronic, direct mail and face-to-face.
Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in accordance with owner-directed standards, industry and niche market trends.
Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Oversees and evaluates market research and proactively adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Monitors competitor activities, trends, products, sales and marketing activities.
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and
Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications in accordance with established company marketing/branding.
Liaise with other departments to ensure allocation of resources depending upon anticipated level of activity and sales.
Prepares sales and marketing report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Manages and directs staff including recruitment, selection and development to achieve Company goals and objectives.
Other duties may be assigned.
Experience and Education: Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred with a minimum of five years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.
Regional and Industry Knowledge: Must know the Las Vegas and
markets and/or the Attraction/Entertainment Industry.

Administration and Management -- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Language and Math-- Effective ability to communicate orally and in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers.
Marketing and Sales -- Demonstrated in-depth Sales and Marketing techniques and Financial principles.
Tools: Calculators, desktop computers, scanners, copiers, fax and phone systems.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
