You will be responsible for counseling business teams on all legal matters. You will work directly with the business, serving as counsel on strategic deals, providing day-to-day advice, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries, and identifying opportunities for and implementing process improvements. Principal duties include structuring, drafting and negotiating contracts, including marketing, consulting, sponsorship, merchandising vendor and license agreements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
