Job Description:
Summary: Installs and maintains desktop applications. Maintains updates and upgrades of company hardware and software. Maintains and updates documentation for all desktop applications utilized by all ACEP properties in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
o Provides first-level support for Microsoft Windows PC, Active Directory, print and file servers
o Provides first-level support for all ACEP systems, desktops and applications via telephone, direct user interaction and remote computer access
o Actively participates in assigned projects by documenting progress, writing and proofing procedures and making recommendations for improvement
o Coordinates and communicates system downtimes, information and user requests with various IT staff
o Performs other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications/Requirements:
o High school diploma or equivalent
o At least one year of IT experience or certified Microsoft training
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Strong knowledge of Microsoft, IBM iSeries Access and Infogenesis
o Ability to maintain a high level of concentration over an extended period of time

o Gaming
Physical Requirements
o Standing and walking (45% of the time)
o Lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying, bending/kneeling, continuously standing and driving (about 50% of the time)
o Vision, speech and literacy (critical)
o Ability to work in noisy, cold environments
