It is the primary responsibility of the Associate General Counsel Labor and Employment to perform, under the direction of the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel Labor and Employment, professional legal work related to employment matters for company and subsidiary organizations. Prepares responses to and represents the company and subsidiary organizations regarding complaints/claims filed with federal and/or state agencies (e.g. EEOC, NERC, DOL, Labor Commission, etc.) or courts. Provides legal advice and counseling on labor and employment matters.
