Assistant Property Manager
We are an established residential company located in the Las Vegas area. We are seeking an experienced individual for our properties. Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year experience with Property Management experience. Must be knowledgable in Management programs, PropertWare and Excel. A strong familiarity in all aspects of real estate business, including leasing and property operations management.
Daily duties shall include the following:
Be able to collect on Rents, including the handling of delinquent accounts.
Assist in the market and competitively to rent vacant commercial and residential units.
Assist in the manage of the day-to-day operations of a real estate portfolio of primarily commercial and residential properties.
Assist in the manage of the turn key process.
Provide excellent customer service on behalf of the Company by reviewing and handling tenant requests and concerns in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
Schedule and supervise field service employees and outside vendors who service and maintain the Company's properties.
Assist in the preparation of new rental agreements. Draft and maintain all required reports and records pursuant to Company policy and procedure.
Work closely with management to ensure each property financially succeeds.
Be able to prepare the necessary documents for eviction and present it to the courts if needed. Be familiar with the State of Nevada Statues which relates to rental properties/commercial evictions.
Additional Requirements:
Team player who is self-motivated, committed and ethical and able to work with little outside direction. Proven ability to perform with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
Excellent communication and letter writing skills.
Foster a positive work environment and corporate image in performing all job duties.
