Boutique Las Vegas Law Firm with exceptional reputation providing personal and litigation services to exclusive, high end clientel looking for an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to support a Senior Partner. The ideal candidate for this position will possess exceptional skills (to include verbal dictation), exceptional communication and presentation abilities and the understanding of what it takes to support a prominent Senior Partner. This is an extremely busy office where teamwork and commitment to excellence is of highest regard!
Skills /
Experience:
Transcription - to include Verbal Dictation
Computer Savvy - Word, Excel, Case Management Software, Time & Billing
Exceptional Communication and Presentation
Ability to work extra hours when necessary
Minimum 5 - 10 years Legal Experience
Experience working for a Managing Partner or Senior Level Partner
Office Manager Experience would be helpful
Fantastic, Outgoing, Energetic Personality
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Litigation Experience not absolutely necessary but Highly Preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
