We are looking for an experienced Loan Officer to work full-time in our Irvine office. This role will report directly into the SVP Residential Lending and will be working to sell significant volume of SFR non-OO loans at Realty Mogul. Realty Mogul offers a competitive package of base salary, commission and a stock options commensurate with experience and prior book of business.
Responsibilities
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual funding goals by closing at least 2-4 residential non-OO SFR loans per month
To call on borrowers and mortgage brokers to quote and sell mortgage loan products; Loan Officer should have their own customers who have financing needs and not rely on company generated leads.
To facilitate submissions from borrowers, mortgage brokers, real estate agents and other referral partners and being responsive to calls and emails regarding loans in process from inside staff to customers.
Obtains loan request information from borrowers to analyze credit information, financial statements, real estate and other related documentation.
Qualifications
5
years of loan origination experience selling higher rate loan
Evidence of closing 2-4 loans per month in the SFR private money space
Experience with multi-tasking and working on many files at a time, proven ability to close files in 10 days or less
Strong quantitative and technical/computer skills
Excellent communication skills; A true self-starter capable of accomplishing complicated tasks with limited supervision
Proactive and comfortable with an entrepreneurial environment with a strong interest in the real estate private money industry
Education/Professional Designations
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Nevada DRE License - at least 2 years. (Company CFL license is pending, NMLS is not required)
Experience at a private lending institutionEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
