Loan Officer
The professional loan originator will be responsible for developing new retail mortgage referrals. In this position you will be given all the tools necessary to build a solid network of business professionals that will support your mortgage referral platform.
REQUIREMENTS:
Self starter, goal-oriented sales professional with superior customer service skills.
Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to generate mortgage applications through various sources.
Obtain complete loan applications and analyze applicant information.
Determine whether the client qualifies for the desired loan program.
Assist in choosing the proper loan program suitable to the client's needs.
Gather all initial documentation required.
Qualifications:
2 or more current and complete years originating loans for a direct lender, broker or a bank
Currently NMLS licensed
Tech savvy
Strong negotiation and time management skills
Developing knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices and regulatory guidelines
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
