Our client is an expanding and dynamic Mobile Home Management company established in 12 states across the nation. and has doubled in size in the past 7 years. They are seeking an experienced results-oriented Community Property Manager for their established mobile home community in Las Vegas.
The Community Property Manager will be responsible for management of a mobile home community. Experience in apartment homes, manufactured housing, or retail a plus.

Must be able to render competent and effective leadership which will ensure the growth and success of the community as well as the employees and maximizing the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the portfolio.
Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to, full accountability for asset appearance, budget review and maintenance, sales and analysis, collections, limited A/P, and providing top notch customer service. In this role, you must demonstrate good judgment, problem solving skills, the ability to efficiently multi task, and most importantly, he capability and initiative to really demand and drive results.

Job Requirements:

years of related experience in property management, retail, hospitality, and/or Mobile Home Management
oExude keen knowledge of financial, marketing, sales, communication and customer service
oProven Experience as a multi-site / multi-unit manager of 4-6 properties
oMust be energetic and possess a can do attitude.
oCustomer service, sales, and results driven.
oAdept in interacting effectively with residents on all levels
oAbility to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently
oPrevious experience in managing a team of 10+
oExcellent organizational skills to provide efficient and timely follow up to deadlines
oA strong financial background with experience with budget preparation
oGood computer skills are a must
oGeneral HR knowledge with regard to disciplinary action, coaching and counseling
oExcellent written and verbal communication skills
oTravel required -25 percent.
oMust be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever changing environment.

The compensation package for this direct hire position includes a base salary, beginning 40K-50K annually, negotiable DOE, a generous commission structure, as well as, health, life, dental, and vision offered after 90 days of employment. Vacation, sick, holiday pay and 401K are also included in our benefits package.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
