Inside Sales/Customer Service needed for Real Estate Company
Our growing company in Las Vegas has an immediate opening for Inside Sales. Bi-lingual preferred. Ideal candidate must have effective communication skills and have a professional and friendly phone demeanor. We require excellent computer and internet skills.
This position will be responsible for:
-Answering incoming calls.
-Setting up appointments and make follow up calls
-Input clients/leads information into CRM software
-Update CRM software with notes as needed for tasks assigned and completed
Skills requirements:
- Active Nevada Real Estate License a plus
- She/He will have experience in inside sales environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat; Microsoft Office programs ie. Word and Excel
- Must have flexible hours and able to answer or make calls for few hours on weekends.
- Ability to prioritize & organize good leads from the bad leads
- Strong skills in organization, follow-up, speaking, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Language skills including writing, reading, and speaking natively in English. Spanish speaking is a plus
- Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads
- Ability to learn, adapt and expand skill set and organize and prioritize work independently, with minimal supervision
Ideal candidate will have and energetic positive attitude, be honest, be loyal and have the ability to effectively work on a team. We are looking for someone that is detail oriented with strong organizational skills, . We would like someone who has a drive to succeed and will make the commitment to do whatever it takes, with a high level of integrity, to get their job done and help us provide the best possible service to our clients. Working knowledge of real estate terms, documents and disclosures is preferred, but not required.
This is a salary position plus bonus position depending on experience.
