Traveling Retail Store Site Locator
Retail Store Developer seeks individual with commercial Real Estate experience to travel throughout the United States in order to identify viable retail store sites for our clients. Upon finding sites the Travelling Site Locator will visit all chosen sites with the client so that they can discuss the pros and cons of each location as well as answer questions the client might have regarding the important final decision of deciding on a site prior to negotiation and ultimately the buildout of the client's new retail store.
This is a flex position/work when you are available
3 to 4 trips per month
Duration of each trip is approximately 2-4 days
We will provide training to the right candidate
Company pays for approved travel expenses
Daily wage of $150.00
Commission paid upon finding an approved siteEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
