We offer an exciting and challenging opportunity for Licensed Real Estate agents to counsel and coach our clients on viable retail store locations that are found by our staff of Site Location Specialists. Upon the proper site being identified, you will negotiate the best possible retail lease agreement for your client. Strong phone communication skills are required as well as negotiating and consulting skills and experience. The best candidate will have experience being an advocate for clients in the negotiation process of securing the best possible lease terms for their retail business. Starting Salary $45,000 plus commissions ( potential to $90,000 annually)
Work with 15
clients at all time (provided to you by the Company)
Work Week is Mon-Fri. 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (only one Sat a month)
Experience Requirements:
Computer proficiency in (Excel, Word, Outlook, Google, Internet Search)
Good phone communication skills.

Compensation and
Benefits:
Full Time ( day shifts)
Starting Salary $45,000 plus commission.(potential to $90,000 annually)
