About us:
Diamond Creek Holdings, LLC (along with our other companies) is a stable and successful family-owned and operated company. For over 20 years, we have owned and managed commercial, industrial, and residential properties. We have completed hundreds of buy/fix/sell properties, new construction, and hard money lending throughout California, Nevada, and Ohio. We are located near Downtown Summerlin.
We are looking for:
Part-time full charge bookkeeper with property management/real estate experience. Looking for someone with a pleasant personality, flexible and has strong attention to detail. Accounting degree is a plus. Approximately 3 days per week, 9am-2pm. Schedule is relatively flexible. Available to start immediately. Could turn into a full-time position.

Amortization schedules
Residential and Commercial leases
Credit Card and bank reconciliations
A/P and A/R
Monthly financial statement reviews
Tenant service calls
Verification of insurance
Lien Notices/Releases
General office duties
