Business Product Development Manager
THE Club is seeking a Business Development Manager to support product creation, implementation and oversight in order to continually develop THE Club(R) global offering to ensure that it remains interesting to existing members and attractive to prospective members. The role will include preparing product proposals, estimating revenues and costs, creating and implementing project plans, vendor contact/negotiation, and creation of member communication. Product Development Manager is responsible for creation of Club products as assigned, to support strategic objectives of THE Club .
Create product proposals as assigned including full scope of product and proposed budget
Facilitate the vendor relationship to define deliverable s within budget
Implement and maintain vendor agreements
Define logistical requirements, i.e. processes and procedures, to deliver products to members
Define and facilitate the marketing of the products to optimize sales
Define and facilitate the online presentation to optimize sale and delivery of products
Develop full scale product launch plans including internal and external communication
Provide direction and support to the Programs team to process fulfillment and delivery
Monitor and report on progress of Club products regularly
Implement and manage product changes and interventions to achieve goals
Undertake consumer reviews through surveys and other feedback methods in order to present information defining member acceptance and potential enhancements to products
Other duties as assigned by the Director or others at the discretion of the Director
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
2
years hospitality industry, travel, or other related experience, such as working with loyalty programs
Direct work experience in vendor communication and relationship management
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite software
Preferred:
Proven experience in product development for specific consumer groups, preferably in both the US and EU
Negotiation experience
Proven experience in product marketing
SKILLS
Required:
High School Diploma/GED

Provide support, communication and coordination with both internal and external departmentsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
