Nu Flow America, Inc. is currently seeking Installation Technicians: The field installation technician will be working in a construction setting with Mechanical, Plumbing, and Piping systems performing pipe rehabilitation using structural liners and blown in place epoxy coatings. As the demand for our services grows we are looking to hire, train, and develop Pipe Lining Technicians. Starting with entry-mid level techs and given the correct aptitude the opportunity to move into a lead position will be available.
Basic
Job Description:
o Business growth and development through excellence, on time, on budget delivery of a high quality product
o Plumbing/Construction work environment, working with a team of technicians, setting up and performing two part epoxy based pipe lining operations (both structural and blown in place) from start to finish; turn key product project delivery. This often involves, heavy lifting, walking long distances, carrying and moving tools and equipment.
o Part of the pipe rehabilitation process is the technician crews working together in teams to dissect, discover, and understand piping systems, this often involves: heavy lifting, working in small spaces, and in a dirty job environment.
o As an entry level technician, your primary function will be to support Lead technicians in the discovery, breakdown, cleaning, lining, and put back of a variety of piping systems.
o Pipe lining technicians often have to interact with clientele, other contractors, and owner representatives.
MANDATORY Job Requirements:
o DRUG FREE
o No DUI's (Must have valid driver's license)
o High School Diploma/GED
o Basic reading, writing, and math aptitude
o General Construction/Plumbing Knowledge
o General knowledge of construction/plumbing tools and equipment
o Basic mechanical knowledge
o Ability to lift up to 50Lbs
o Clean and Presentable appearance
Additional Preferred Requirements:
o Advanced experience/knowledge of Plumbing/Piping systems
o Advanced experience/knowledge of tools and construction equipment
o Advanced mechanical experience/knowledge
o Engineering background
o Ability to work with and repair tools, machines, and motors
o Inventory Management background
Compensation:
Based upon experience (DOE), Medical, Dental, 401k.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
