Part-Time Floor Supervisor
Overview:
The Part-Time Floor Supervisor is an integral part of the A'GACI Store team and assists with daily opening/closing procedures while demonstrating effective sales and loss prevention strategies. This position reports to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the high sales productivity in the store
Assist the Store Manager and the Co-Manager to exceed the stores goals.
Oversee store to company standards/policies when the Store Manager and the Co-Manager are not present.
Reduce store shrink
Maintain exciting In-Store Merchandise presentations.
Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm at all times.
Recruiting and interviewing for store team members
Maintain good work ethic
Performance Measurements:
Sales per Hour productivity
Policies and Procedures Compliance
Enthusiasm and Energy level
Requirements
Demonstrated competency in sales, products, and service.
1 year of retail management experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
Proven ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
Knowledge of retail merchandising practices.
Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are also essential.
