This ongoing workshop is designed to combat against this by providing practical skillsets and tactics to empower women to defend themselves. It is not a "martial arts class", in the traditional sense. Just real practical training in dealing with most common attacks on women based on current National Crime Statistics. There are NO fees, NO hidden costs or "catches". Why? Because, as the statistic quoted above shows, there is a terrible epidemic of violence towards women. The ability to defend yourself is a skill that should be available to anyone who truly needs it. Enough is enough.
